Product Selection
আমরা চেষ্টা করি ওয়েবসাইটের ছবিতে পণ্যের সঠিক রং এবং মান ফুটিয়ে তুলতে। তবে প্রাকৃতিক বা অর্গানিক পণ্য হওয়ায় ব্যাচ ভেদে এর রং বা ঘ্রাণে সামান্য তারতম্য হতে পারে।
We strive to accurately represent product colors and quality on our website. However, as natural or organic products, there may be slight variations in color or fragrance between batches.
Order Confirmation
আপনি অর্ডার করার পর আমাদের প্রতিনিধি আপনার ফোনে কল করে অর্ডারটি নিশ্চিত করবেন। কল রিসিভ না হলে বা সঠিক তথ্য না পাওয়া গেলে অর্ডারটি বাতিল হতে পারে।
After you place an order, our representative will call you to confirm it. If the call is not received or correct information is not provided, the order may be cancelled.
Delivery Time
সাধারণত ঢাকা সিটির ভেতরে ২–৩ দিন এবং ঢাকার বাইরে ৩–৫ দিনের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি দেওয়া হয়। তবে অনিবার্য কোনো কারণে সময় কিছুটা বেশি লাগতে পারে।
Delivery is usually made within 2-3 days inside Dhaka city and 3-5 days outside Dhaka. However, due to unavoidable reasons, it may take a little longer.
Price Changes
পণ্যের দাম বা অফার যেকোনো সময় পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার আমরা সংরক্ষণ করি। তবে আপনার অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর দাম বৃদ্ধি করা হবে না।
We reserve the right to change product prices or offers at any time. However, prices will not be increased after your order is confirmed.
Return Policy
পণ্য ডেলিভারির সময় যাচাই করে নিন। ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ভুল পণ্য পেলে অবিলম্বে আমাদের জানান। প্রাকৃতিক পণ্যের বৈশিষ্ট্যের কারণে রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য নাও হতে পারে।
Please verify the product at the time of delivery. If you receive a damaged or wrong product, inform us immediately. Returns may not be acceptable due to the nature of natural products.

Product Expiry
সকল পণ্য সতেজ এবং প্রতিটি পণ্যের প্যাকেটে মেয়াদ উল্লেখ করা থাকে। সাধারণত ৬-১২ মাস। মেয়াদ শেষ হওয়ার আগে পণ্য ব্যবহার করুন।
All products are fresh and the expiry date is mentioned on each product packet. Usually 6-12 months. Please use the product before expiry.
